· Recently designed and conducted tests where one script drove six automation machines against Wells Fargo ATM Systems. The script randomized customer decisions, account selections and the amounts chosen. This creates thousands of unique test results every day.

· Ran System and Security Administration for at least 100 IBM Quality Assurance Engineers.
· Secured and administered over 500 servers used by IBM Quality Assurance Engineering.
· Our goal was to have a successful IBM Security Audit for the entire Burlingame Branch. These are the strictest security standards in the industry and we had a zero tolerance policy.
· Spearheaded the building of entire data centers for Quality Assurance. This included design, creation of the server racks, power, network and system installation. Installed RAID technology, Network routers, Network Hubs, Hardware firewall/routers, IBM Inter x-Series, Blade Servers, Cluster Servers, Main Frame, high end and rack servers.
· Troubleshooting of various issues: Software, Hardware, Security, Administration, Data Center creation, Virtual System Rollouts for IBM, trouble tickets.
· Rolled out virtual testing systems to all of Quality Assurance. This Resulted in huge savings for IBM as well as a solution for the audit issues and administration. Documented every process for VM Ware and acted as a security and system administrator.
· Kept up to date eAMT records on all IT owned machines. Used CEP to classify all corporate assets in efforts to secure IBM information and resources.
· Trained large numbers of the QA group on administrating of their virtual systems.
Special Project: Spearheaded the Quality Assurance VM Ware effort for IBM. Created entire armies of virtual testing systems using VM Ware (Hundreds of Systems). By bringing this technology to IBM we saved them in system costs, we reduced security issues, saved employee time and reduced strain on the entire security and administration team at IBM. This affected the entire QA department and effectively shortened their entire testing cycle length. Provided large group training for the engineering department as well as giving desk to desk support. Wrote up all documentation and training materials. Eventually changed the entire testing and engineering culture as well as tightened up security holes for the strict and constant IBM audit.
